I have decided to keep the cookbook Stir by Barbara Lynch. Below is the list of recipes, and I hope to cook as many as I possibly can. This is not an easy cookbook and definitely not one for weeknight cooking. I reserve this cookbook for Sunday dinners or for cooking after the kids go to bed. The cookbook also has a few dishes that my family does not eat (duck and goose, for example). Regardless, I have found so far that the book has some good basic recipes and tidbits that have helped me grow as a home chef. So, it has earned a place on my “cook stack”.
